Once registration, closes players can log in to their dashboard to view brackets, matches and opponent's contact information.
Players should contact their opponent as soon as possible to schedule the match at a mutually convenient time and location.
Each player/team brings a new pack of balls to the match. The winner keeps the unused ball(s).
The winner of each match reports the score on tournament website as soon as the match is over.
For Doubles divisions, each player registers separately at their own rating, and specifies their partner's name on the registration form. The partner with highest rating will determine the division level.

Top players of each group advance to the knockout stage.

• Games to 11, win by 2
• Side-out scoring (points only scored on your serve)
Matches must be played by the set deadlines, specified for each match in your bracket.
Extensions: A 1-2 day extension can be requested before the deadline if needed.
No-Play Policy: If a match is not played and no extension was requested, the player who made more effort and was more available to schedule will advance. (Tip: Propose multiple times and locations to show flexibility.)
