Tournament Guidelines
- Players are responsible for scheduling their matches with their opponent at a mutually convenient time. Contact information for all players will be provided.
- Each round will have "to be played" by dates with players responsible for scheduling their own matches. Matches must be completed in the time frame permitted (typically 7-days per round) or players risk being defaulted.
- Each round will consist of two out of three sets with regular scoring.
- Tennis courts for the Doubles Club Championship tournament matches may be prebooked a maximum of one week in advance to ensure tournament matches are scheduled and completed in the time frame allotted for each round. Please call the Front Desk at 305-661-0092 to book your courts once you and your opponent agree on a time.
- The Championship Finals will be scheduled and announced to our entire membership to allow for maximum viewership.

Matches must be played by the set deadlines, specified for each match in your bracket.
Extensions: A 1-2 day extension can be requested before the deadline if needed.
No-Play Policy: If a match is not played and no extension was requested, the player who made more effort and was more available to schedule will advance. (Tip: Propose multiple times and locations to show flexibility.)
