Tournament Guidelines

  • Players are responsible for scheduling their matches with their opponent at a mutually convenient time.  Contact information for all players will be provided.
  • Each round will have "to be played" by dates with players responsible for scheduling their own matches. Matches must be completed in the time frame permitted (typically 7-days per round) or players risk being defaulted.  
  • Each round will consist of one Pro Set to 8 games with regular scoring. Tiebreaker at 7-7.
  • Tennis courts for the Singles Club Championship tournament matches may be prebooked a maximum of one week in advance to ensure tournament matches are scheduled and completed in the time frame allotted for each round.  Please call the Front Desk at 305-661-0092 to book your courts once you and your opponent agree on a time.
  • The Championship Finals will be scheduled and announced to our entire membership to allow for maximum viewership.
