Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Welcome to The Crown Championships Affiliate Program! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in our referral program (“Program”) operated by Steady Motion LLC, doing business as The Crown Championships (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By signing up as an affiliate, you (“you” or “Affiliate”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Enrollment

To participate, you must:

Be 18 years or older;
Provide accurate information during registration;

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Referral Link and Tracking

Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link through our affiliate platform. This link must be used to track referrals.

We are not responsible for referrals that are not tracked due to improper use of your referral link, browser settings, or user behavior.

3. Commission Structure

You will receive a 30% commission for each paying player who registers for a tournament through your referral link.

Additional details:

You will earn a new commission every time your referred player registers for a different tournament within 12 months of their first purchase.
Commissions are calculated based on the net tournament entry fee (excluding taxes, refunds, or chargebacks).
No commissions are earned on unpaid or canceled registrations.

4. Payouts

Commissions are paid within the first 10 business days after tournament registration closes.
Payments are made via check, Venmo, or Zelle.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use false advertising, spam, or misleading claims to generate referrals;
Use your own referral link to register yourself;
Infringe on third-party intellectual property or violate any applicable law;
Promote The Crown Championships on sites or platforms containing hate speech, violence, or adult content.

Violation may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement begins upon your acceptance and remains in effect until terminated.

We may terminate or suspend your participation at any time, with or without cause. You may also leave the program at any time by notifying us in writing.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or commissions) even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to this program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you during the preceding 3 months.

9. Independent Contractor Relationship

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
